Ingredients: Chickpeas, Zucchini, Green Peas, Onion, Chickpea Flour, Parsley, Cold Pressed High-Oleic Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Himalayan Salt, Cumin, Fennel, Coriander.
Falafel Heating Instructions:
- Oven: Pre-heat to 425 degrees. Baked for 15-20 minutes until desired crisp.
- Air Fryer: Set to 350 degrees. Air fry for 8-12 minutes until desired crisp.
- Pan Fried: Medium heat with a non-stick pan, for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Microwave: 90 seconds on high heat.
